All aspects of this hotel exceeded our expectations.

The room had a modern design. Beacon rock state park was 2 miles away from the property...

Very inviting every thing is right there, love the hot tubs on the porch
I was sad they did not have the morning buffet! That was one of my favorite things when we had visited before and one of the things I was really looking forward to. We ate dinner there one night and the food was good not great. Friday night when we arrived we sat in our hotub and listened to a car alarm going off for over an hour! That was a bummer!

Convenient Location and Great Service
Our stay was awesome as usual. It's so easy to get around and check out the cool stuff around here. Beacon Rock is just a mile away and it was a blast. Big shoutout to the valet - they were super helpful and made things even better! 😊

It was very relaxing and if you did not want to leave the resort, you could stay in for meals due to the excellent chef. The spa was excellent and my wife very much enjoyed the spa facilities.
We had to ask for toilet paper and the coffee was not refilled without our asking for it after the first night. We stayed 3 nights and would have liked the same attention all three nights that we received on the first night.

the fitness center was well-equipped and provided a chance for a good workout. the hotel also had close proximity to local shopping centers, making it a convenient location for business travelers.
The food was overpriced and the service at the restaurant was slow. There was also limited availability of certain room amenities, such as microwaves.

We had our 11 year-old grandson with us. He loves to swim so we always pick a place with a pool. Graehm has only lived in Oregon five years and had never seen the Bonneville Fish Hatchery or the Bonneville Dam and the fish ladders. So that was the main purpose of our visit from Portland. We spent most of our time in your wonderful pool and a little time in the hot tub. We also liked your restaurant and the fact that we could eat outside on such a lovely Saturday evening. We certainly plan to visit again. It should be a lovely place for relaxing in the winter!
We loved the wonderful sound of the wall of water. Since our room was very close we were hoping it stayed on all night. Sleeping to the sound of falling water would have been wonderful.

The serenity and view and being close to nature. Love being able to wear your bathrobe anywhere in the Hotel and feel comfortable. Also enjoy the fire place and livingroom areas as well as the outdoor courtyard and the sound of water.
I had a Reflexology treatment in the Spa which was not complete as discribed in your brochure. They forgot the clay mask for the feet. They did dicount me 10% but I felt it should have been more because it changed my overall experience. Also felt that the chicken/basil sandwich could have been discribed better on the menu and it really was not worth the $11 I paid for it. That being said my past experience at Bonniville was good, so I am optimistic this feed back will be taken to heart. Thank You. How about a map of the walking trails?

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Washington that completely exceeded my expectations. the location was absolutely stunning, nestled in an evergreen forest on the Washington side of the Columbia Gorge. The hotel offered beautiful views of the forest from every angle, truly a nature lover's paradise. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met, from the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out. And lastly, the amenities at this hotel were top-notch. I was delighted to find that my room had its own hot spring water filled jacuzzi on the balcony, allowing me to relax and take in the breathtaking surroundings. Additionally, the hotel offered a huge hot tub overlooking the forest, which was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Oh, and did I mention that breakfast was included? That's right, a complimentary buffet breakfast was served every morning, providing a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.
There was one small aspect that could be improved, but it didn't take away from my overall experience.

It is located in a lovely area and the trip from Portland--on either side of the River--was attractive
The piped in music in the spa area could not be turned off and it was distracting. I think that strong bars near the bath tubs in the spa area would be an improvement (needed improvement?)

The bathroom shower had horrid water pressure.

We recently spent New Year's Eve at a hot springs resort and had a great time soaking in the mineral water pools and enjoying the spa services. The massage therapists were skilled and professional, and the private soaking tubs were a great feature. the onsite restaurant served delicious food and drinks.
The fountains and ponds were not functioning, and the walking paths were overgrown with weeds. The overall appearance of the property outside of the indoor areas was a letdown.
